Cabarrus Family Medicine is a unique multi-clinic group that provides comprehensive family healthcare while maintaining a personal, small-office atmosphere. In addition to our family medicine clinics, we also provide mental health services through our psychological and behavioral health clinic, as well as integrated psychologists in our family medicine clinics. We also have a Sports Medicine and Injury Center, staffed by three family physicians with sports medicine fellowship training and our sports medicine fellow. All our physicians are on the active medical staff of Carolinas Medical Center – NorthEast in Concord, North Carolina. Since September 2007, Cabarrus Family Medicine has been a part of Carolinas Physicians Network (CPN), a regional network of medical practices operated by Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS). |
