Kara Gallagher, received a B.S. in Pre-Physical Therapy from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.  She attended medical school at the University of South Carolina School Of Medicine.  Kara received several scholarship awards from her medical school and participated in many activities.  She was the team leader for Role Models in Medicine High School Outreach Program and served as Chapter Secretary and Vice President of Cross Impact Campus Ministries.  She also held several leadership positions in the Family Medicine Interest Group.  She recently completed a medical mission trip to the Ukraine.

Hobbies: Running, and traveling in the US and abroad with her husband.
