This is an ACGME approved program that participates in the NRMP match process. Applications are accepted August through October 31 each year. Interviews are arranged September through early December. To be considered for scheduling an interview we must have received: your universal AMSSM fellowship application form; copies of USMLE, COMLEX, ECFMG certification, medical school diploma, medical license; a personal statement, and 3 letters of recommendation (sent from the writer) one of which must be from your program director.
