Stefanie Etienne, from Galveston, Texas, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Relationships.  She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston.  She received several scholarships based on her outstanding performance.  She spends most of her free time volunteering in numerous organizations.  Many of her volunteer activities center around children and adolescents.

Stefanie and her husband, Wiggins, live in Concord.
